Are you a nut free bakery?

We have both peanuts and tree nuts in our bakery. Not all products contain nuts but the kitchen equipment is used interchangeably for items with and without nuts.

Fondant?

Our cakes are torted with your choice of filling(s) then coated in a thick full layer of smooth Swiss meringue buttercream and then covered in a layer of fondant. We find that fondant offers the most crisp, clean finish, and it provides the best canvas for our custom designs. We use a high-quality professional fondant, and we’ve had many customers who’ve had not-so-great past experiences tell us that they love the taste of our fondant. Some people like fondant and some don’t. When wedding cake is cut generally each person only has a small piece of fondant with their cake.
